Small Groups and Sunday School Classes




9am - 10am


Nursery (Birth - Pre-K)


Elementary School - Meets in Gateway room. Lessons are centered around the Scriptures used in the worship service. Taught by rotating teachers.  


MIddle and High School - Meets in the youth room. Caffeine and Commitment. Taught by Carol Long.


Wesley Bible Class - Meets in Fellowship Hall. Men’s Class that studies the Cokesbury Quarterly.  I hear that they also swap fishing and football stories over coffee before the lesson starts.  Taught by rotating teachers.  



YAK Class - Meets in the YAK room.  Books of the Bible study led by Nancy Large. Anyone is welcome.  For more info contact Nancy at 457-9535


Adult Fellowship Class - Meets in the parlor. Mixed gender adults. Various topical studies.  For more info please contact Judy Foster at

Joy Class - Meets in Food Pantry. Studies various books of the Bible.  Led by VL Stonecipher.  Open to anyone. For more info contact VL at

Rise & Shine Class - Meets in Bride’s Room. Short term Disciple Bible Study (Invitation to the New Testament). Open to anyone.  For more info contact Chuck Parke at


Fellowship Room - Meets in room 205. Not a formal class, but a gathering place for those who would like a cup of coffee and to meet with each other during the Sunday school hour.  Anyone is welcome, but this is typically a gathering place for parents of young families.

These are groups of United Methodist Women who meet at the church and various other places.
